You may upload documents including PDFs, spreadsheets, and other files related to commercial real estate transactions. These documents are processed to generate investment memoranda and are stored securely within your workspace.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you interact with Memosa, including pages visited, features used, document edits, and session duration. This data is collected via self-hosted analytics (Matomo) and is not shared with third-party advertising networks.
Technical Data
We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information for security monitoring and service optimization.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Deal documents and generated memoranda are retained according to your organization's settings. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
