What file types does Memosa accept?

Memosa processes PDFs, Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx, .xls), and other common document formats. We can handle deal packages of 200+ pages across multiple files.

How long does memo generation take?

Most memos are generated within 5-10 minutes, depending on the size and complexity of your deal package. You'll receive real-time progress updates during processing.

Is my deal data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per organization, and never used to train general-purpose AI models. See our Security page for details.

Can I customize the memo structure?

Yes. Memosa generates memos with standard IC sections (property overview, financial analysis, capital stack, risk factors, market comparables, and more), and you can customize which sections appear and how they're structured to match your committee's format.

How does team collaboration work?

Memosa includes a real-time collaborative editor with inline comments, section-by-section approvals, version history, and role-based permissions (Owner, Editor, Commenter, Viewer).

What are AI Research Brushes?

Brushes are one-click deep research tools that audit, enrich, or quantify any section of your memo. They search your deal documents to fact-check claims, surface missing context, and add sourced financial detail.

Can I export to other formats?

Yes. You can generate investor packets (slide decks) and export finalized memos from the platform.
